Dear Patients and Friends,
I would like to extend a warm hello to each of you, and I am pleased to share some news about our dental practice in Rocky Hill, CT. We’re excited to introduce a new dentist to our team! Please join me in extending a heartfelt welcome to Dr. Elizabeth Banister!
Dr. Elizabeth Banister grew up in the dental office with her dad, so it is no surprise that she wanted to become a dentist! She attended Baylor University, where she majored in Health Professions with a minor in Business Administration, and went on to get her Master of Biomedical Science at Mississippi College. From there, Dr. Banister attended dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctorate. Dr. Banister is passionate about dental care and patient education, takes great pride in her interactions and work, and is a pleasure to work alongside. I look forward to introducing her to you.
With the addition of Dr. Banister, we’re changing our name to Rocky Hill Dental Group—which feels most fitting as we enter this new chapter as a team. We’ve already made some other improvements and technology updates you might also notice. You’ll find we have a new website and new software that allows you access to a patient portal for online booking, access to your care history, and payments. We now offer some helpful new options like an in-house discount plan and pay-over-time financing plans. While there are some changes and upgrades, everything else remains the same, including the insurance networks we participate in and the team you’ve come to know and trust for continued excellent dental care.
While we work through this transition, our priority as a team is to ensure our process remains seamless for all of you. I am so grateful for the relationships I have developed with each of you, and I will continue to practice dentistry here in the office for the foreseeable future. I look forward to seeing you and your families for many years to come! Thank you for your continued loyalty to our practice over the years.
