Endodontics
Dr. Negar Harraji is an Endodontist specializing in complex root canals and problems of the dental pulp and tissues surrounding the root. She holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics after completing her specialized residency training at the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. Her training has covered all advanced aspects of conventional and surgical endodontics including the use of high-tech instruments and the microscope. She has lectured and mentored many of her juniors, has defended and presented on various research topics, and continues to be involved in academic dentistry.
Dr. Harraji is coming from Los Angeles where she obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC). She is a member of the American Association of Endodontics and remains active in the professional community.
Her approach to patients embodies her international upbringing, a very personal empathetic touch, and the pragmatism and focus of her engineering background. Before dentistry, Dr. Harraji has completed both a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) and a Master of Engineering (M. Eng.) in Industrial Engineering. She completed her Masters at the University of Toronto and has an extensive background in leadership, innovation, and technology, and brings that sophistication to her everyday clinical practice. Dr. Harraji’s priority though has been her patients, enjoying and dedicating time to assist those in need, including volunteering abroad to deliver dental care in underserved regions including treatment planning, prophylaxis, oral hygiene instruction, sealants, restorative dentistry, and nutritional counseling. In her free time, she loves to exercise and is an avid swimmer, cyclist, and amateur runner. She loves to explore new hiking trails and enjoys good food.
