Financial Options for Your Children’s Dental Care
Financial arrangements must be set up prior to beginning treatment. Our practice offers payment options including financing with monthly installments that can be customized for your individual needs. Our treatment coordinator will be happy to work with you to set up a payment plan that works for you. For your convenience we also accept Care Credit, which you can apply for online at CareCredit.com.
Insurance Information
We are preferred participating providers with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Delta Dental of Rhode Island, Metlife, Mashantucket Pequot, and United Concordia. Due to the various dental plans we advise all our patients to contact their dental plan to verify Children’s Dentistry of Westerly & Wakefield’s participation. We will complete any necessary insurance forms, at no charge, to assure maximum reimbursement to you by your insurance company. Any unpaid insurance portion (deductibles, co-pays, insurance limitations) will be your responsibility. There is no connection between our fees and what your insurance company is willing to pay.
For the sake of maintaining our doctor-patient relationship, we require that you pay our estimated co-pays at the time of the visit. If your insurance company does not pay for treatment within 60 days you must pay the balance and it is then your responsibility to call the insurance company to find out why they have not paid for your child’s dental treatment.
As a conscientious pediatric dental practice, it is our goal at Children’s Dentistry of Westerly & Wakefield to provide the finest care possible for your children. Therefore, treatment is not based on what is covered by your insurance company but on what is best for your child’s dental health. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Please bring your insurance information with you to your child’s first visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
