My experience here was very positive. Dr. Shapiro was very kind and explained everything ahead of time and during a wisdom tooth extraction. The extraction went so much better than what I was expecting. It wasn’t bad at all. Office staff and all dental assistants were very professional. They also took time to explain all the after care instructions. I highly recommend Cranston Dental Associates.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Dr. was very helpful by telling me what he was doing and his assistants were also very nice and answered my questions. The office was professional and helpful with my insurance. I was very satisfied and felt less nervous because they were all supportive and kind.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are highly educated and explain all procedures and options in ways that are easily understood. The atmosphere is relaxed. I felt very comfortable in this pleasant office.

In for a root canal today and on a tooth I know would be hard to numb. Dr. Nho explained the procedure in detail and listened when I told him of my concerns. He proceeded, taking the time necessary to ensure my comfort even though, as I expected, it was difficult to numb. But all went well and eventually the procedure was completed. In my opinion Dr. Nho was excellent and the staff very friendly.

As always, Dr. Gallucci is professional, efficient, and above all, exceptionally skilled at what he does. I truly appreciate his time and attention. He listens to his patients’ concerns and addresses them thoughtfully and immediately. Also, the front desk staff is excellent.

The office staff were very friendly and helpful. My entire experience was very comforting, and that says a lot since I went for a root canal. Dr. Nho was very patient and explained everything he was going to do and explained all the options I had for my treatment. I would definitely recommend this office.

My dental hygienist is amazing! Gentle and kid makes me feel relaxed. I left feeling no pain and still don't appreciate that! can't wait to get my smile back! the smile goes a long with my sparkling personality. makes me not afraid to go to the dentist.

I saw Dr. Shapiro today he explained everything before the procedure, I hardly felt anything he got me nice and numb and we everything went well. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He’s easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor and its team keeps you at ease at all times and check in on you throughout the procedure to make sure that you’re OK as does he.

Right now I'm going thru the process of getting a few implants. Dr. Shapiro explained every step and consideration taken regarding what would happen and I feel prepared for the coming procedure. As always, I leave there satisfied in their skills and work ethics. And every one is so very nice!

This was the first visit with Dr. Shapiro. I checked his history before I called him and he has a good record so I called him and he took me in 1 week later. He did such a good job I didn't know he was done. He extracted 2 teeth in about 35 minutes with no pain. I was so grateful. Thanks Doc!
