Janki Patel, DMD

Dr. Janki Patel is a trusted dentist in West Hartford, CT. Dr. Patel grew up in Southern New Hampshire where she enjoyed everything that New England has to offer. Her studies took her to McGill University in Montreal, Quebec where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry. She then came back home to the United States to attend the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

Following dental school, Dr. Patel completed a General Practice Residency at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT. During her hospital-based residency program, she received additional training in various facets of general dentistry. She furthered her knowledge in the care of medically compromised patients and the management of dental trauma and emergencies. Dr. Patel is passionate about being a lifelong learner and educator and has committed to continuing her education throughout her professional career.

Dr. Patel is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Connecticut State Dental Association. She has participated in various volunteer efforts including a dental service trip to Guatemala, Connecticut Mission of Mercy, and Special Olympics, among many others. Outside of the office, Dr. Patel enjoys staying active, learning new recipes, and traveling with her husband.
