Thames River Dental Services for Healthier, Happier Smiles

Had a crown fall off and my dentist no longer accepted my insurance. Called Thames River and they got me in within a couple days. The staff and dentist were friendly and welcoming. I suffer from TMJ and the dentist was very mindful and thoughtful in making sure I was comfortable.

first visit. was not rushed, great old building. Very competent staff willing to discuss the monetary arrangements. Dr. Vincent is well informed and dedicated to his craft. Good for the city of New London.

I absolutely love this place. From the minute I arrive to the minute I leave everyone is professional and polite. They ask questions about your teeth and then take the time to answer any questions you may have.

I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist, but Thames River Dental is the best dentist I've ever gone to! They really are concerned about how you feel and how comfortable you are everyone in that office was nice from the doctors to the ladies at the receptionist!

All good. I felt very relaxed and everyone really listened to me. Thankyou for the TLC and understanding Nancy. See you next week when meds (blood thinners, amoxycillin) are determined.

I’m not even a patient here, I merely called to see if the practice excepted my insurance. Thames River was the 6th practice I called. The demeanor of the other 5 receptions were BLAH!!! That’s the best way to describe it.

Had my first visit today - very impressed with customer service and ease of scheduling, and really enjoyed meeting the team! Glad to have found a new dentist!

This was my first time visit seeing Dr. Vincent and he was fantastic. He was very informative and explained everything he was going to do. Dr.Vincent was able to fix my chipped front tooth so I can smile now.

All staff is very friendly and welcoming. I mentioned I have children and they added extra kids things in my bag to take home for them. Very sweet!
